Reps Fitness is an independent, founder-led 24/7 gym in Bayswater built to protect the member experience.
It's designed for consistency over volume: capped memberships, a specialty equipment mix shaped by community input, and a maintenance-first standard so the floor stays clean, reliable, and ready to train.
Reps isn't positioned as a budget gym or a packed-out facility. It's premium training made simple. Calm sessions, minimal downtime, and a respect-first culture without ego.
Our Philosophy
FORGED ON THE GYM FLOOR
Reps was created by James, an all-round gym specialist, after 15+ years in fitness spanning formal study in exercise science, coaching and personal training, and years as a gym technician servicing and maintaining commercial equipment.
Through fit-outs and time spent in high-end facilities across Australia and New Zealand, he saw the same pattern: gyms start strong, then crowding increases and maintenance slips.
Reps is the answer to that gap. A standards-driven facility built to hold up long term and stay sharp when the honeymoon ends. James is on the floor most days, happy to chat, answer questions, or quietly fix the thing you didn't even notice was loose.
